Our goal is to make Google Snake Mods accessible to everyone, everywhere — without complicated installations or extensions. While we’re not officially connected to Google, we’re proud to share our creations with the global Snake community and help players experience the game in new and exciting ways.
The Story Behind This Site
The idea for this site began when Snake mods were first shared as simple bookmarklets — easy to use and incredibly popular. One of the most famous, the “More Menu Mod”, was downloaded over one million times, showing just how much players loved customizing their Snake experience.
But in February 2023, all bookmarklets suddenly stopped working due to technical changes. Instead of giving up, the Snake modding community quickly adapted. Just one month later, the Google Snake Mod Loader was created — a new way to keep the fun going.
This solution worked well but required installing browser extensions like Tampermonkey and running a userscript, making the process more complex for casual players.
The Breakthrough
Everything changed when a community member known as “revenge” suggested running the Mod Loader directly on a standalone webpage through the Google Snake Discord community. That single idea inspired the creation of the platform you’re visiting now.
Today, this website offers a fully web-based version of Google Snake Mods — with improved mobile support, smoother gameplay, and compatibility with older game versions. It’s the most accessible and enjoyable way to experience Snake mods online.
